We do not request sensitive data (e.g., financial account numbers) unless you initiate a transaction requiring it.

4. Data Retention

We keep your data for up to one (1) year after our last interaction (longer if required by law), then securely delete or anonymize it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted solely so those subcontractors can perform services for us. All other use categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. No Sharing or Selling of Leads

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not disclose your information to other companies for their own marketing, and we do not transfer your data to affiliates or advertising networks.

We do use a limited number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract, solely to deliver our services. These currently include:

  • Website, forms, CRM and SMS delivery: HighLevel (LeadConnector), which hosts this website and stores the contact details you submit
  • Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile, used on our forms to block automated abuse
  • Payments: PCI-compliant payment processors such as Klarna, Stripe, or Affirm, if and when you make a transaction (see Section 11)

These providers may only use your information to perform services for us. They may not use it for their own purposes.

Text messaging opt-in data is never shared with anyone. Your consent to receive SMS from us, and the mobile number associated with it, is not shared with any third party or affiliate for any purpose, including marketing.

7. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to work:

  • Essential and functional cookies set by our website platform to keep the site working, remember your session, and process form submissions
  • Bot-protection cookies set by Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms
  • First-party page analytics provided by our website platform, which records page views so we can understand how the site is used

We do not run third-party advertising or retargeting pixels — no Meta Pixel, no Google Ads or Analytics tags, and no data brokers. We do not use your browsing activity to build advertising profiles or to follow you across other websites.

If we add advertising or analytics tracking in future, we will update this section and the Effective Date above before doing so.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent our forms from working.

  • Storage: Customer data is stored securely using encrypted systems and restricted access.
  • Use: Data is used only to process your payment, fulfill your order, provide customer support, and meet legal or financial obligations.

We do not store full payment card details. All transactions are processed by the PCI-compliant third-party payment providers identified in Section 6.
