Mandatory compliance training upon hire and annually thereafter.
Topics include Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption, Data Privacy, and Safety Procedures.
11. Audits & Monitoring
Periodic audits of key processes (e.g., SMS opt-in/out, data retention).
Findings and corrective actions are documented and tracked to closure.
12. Disciplinary Actions
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary measures up to and including termination, as well as potential civil or criminal penalties.
13. Policy Review & Updates
This policy will be reviewed annually by the Compliance Officer and updated as necessary. The latest version will always be available on the Company intranet.
